Delivery Terms for Interior Doors and Components

We're happy to deliver your orders across most of Quebec and Ontario.


1. Delivery Availability and Costs

To find out if delivery is available to your specific address and to confirm the cost, please contact our representative at the store. You can also send us a question through the contact form on our "Contact Us" page.

Delivery costs for our main routes (including the Greater Montreal, Greater Toronto, Greater Ottawa, and Greater Quebec City areas) can range from free to $300 Canadian dollars. The final price depends on the volume of your order. The larger your order, the higher the chance of getting free or discounted delivery. For exact pricing, it's always best to confirm the details with your representative.

2. Delivery Payment

  • Delivery fees must be paid in advance.
  • Please note: delivery fees are non-refundable if you cancel your order.
  • If a redelivery is needed due to circumstances attributable to the buyer (e.g., no one was home at the agreed-upon time), the delivery fee will be charged again.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times for your order can vary from 2 to 28 days, depending on the region. The Montreal region gets served faster since our production facility is located there.

We always try to be accommodating to our customers. If you need urgent delivery, please get in touch with us – we'll do our best to find an optimal solution.

4. Delivery Notifications

We always agree on the delivery date and approximate time with the customer in advance and provide you with a pre-arrival notification.

5. Order Receiving Process

  • Presence Required: For order delivery, the presence of the buyer or their authorized representative at the delivery address is mandatory.
  • Product Inspection: Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the delivered goods for any damages or discrepancies with your order. If you find any issues, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact us.
  • Delivery Location: Your order will be delivered to the main entrance door of the building or to the gate of a private house. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to carry the order inside the house, apartment, or up stairs within the building. Please arrange for any necessary assistance to move the goods yourself if required.

6. Delivery Changes or Cancellations

  • You can cancel your delivery without penalty no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours but no later than 24 hours before delivery, a penalty of 50% of the delivery cost will be charged.
  • If the delivery cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the agreed-upon time, the delivery payment will not be refunded.
